Vertical Machining:
State of the art well maintained VMC's can consistently hold tolerances of +/-.0005 with 4th axis capabilities
- 7 - VMC (Vertical Machining Centers) with an X Travel of 64” (1626mm), Y Travel 32” (813mm), and Z Travel 30” {762mm}.
- Utilize vacuum chucks when and where required.
- 4th axis equipped
- Vast inventory of unique fixturing to increase efficiency or we can build necessary fixturing
Turning Machining:
Our horizontal CNC's are equally capable of maintaining close tolerance type work of +/- .0005.
- 4 - CNC Horizontal Turning Centers with through spindle capability of 2.5"
- Can chuck up to 40" diameters and 80" lengths
- Sub spindle equipped for efficient back end type work to drop parts complete
- Live tooling equipped for cross and 4 axis work
- Bar loaders for efficient stock utilization/machine/operator operation
